site change
Is there a reason why this new interface was selected for entering replies?
I also have been getting:
"Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
This is likely an issue on my end, just pointing out that it wasn't an issue until the changes were made.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

1) Members reported the Community links gone. They were promptly restored. This was an oversight.
2) Members reported the missing breadcrumb. We have replied, several times, that a similar feature will be implemented. It was removed because it won't work with the next set of updates planned. However, based on feedback, it was decided that the breadcrumbs will return as an optional setting. This will be implemented in a future update.
3) Members reported the missing YouTube button. The YouTube button was a legacy code that was no longer needed. You simply copy/paste the URL of the YouTube video in a post. That is easier than pressing a button and getting it in between the YT tags. That code has been in place for years and was also made as a Announcement back then. The button itself was redundant and an extra step. So it was finally removed.
4) A member reported an issue with their album. This is unrelated to this change. The member cross-posted the issue in this thread despite it's unrelated. We are looking into that issue. Again, not related to this topic.
Reason why the size/font was removed, but is still supported if manually used, is because that is not a feature that works well across different displays. Personally, I don't think we're using AIM here and need to use big, colorful, text. That's just my opinion and is not a factor in any of this.
Any change is going to be meet with some complaints. Some are valid and constructive and used in consideration (such as items 1 & 2). Just creating noise, false claims, etc., doesn't do as much help.

WTH do I need a strike through? I'm not a secretary nor writing up a technical document in Word or Acrobat. Size matters.
Plus what the others have brought up, mostly in agreement with them.

See the majority of comments of people who simply hate the look and feel of this. Sound slike IB saying, "Get over it. We won." It's so Obmab-esque and nobody cares for it.

It should be about the CF members and what they like to use on a daily basis.

That's just my opinion and it is a factor in all of this.
Personally; I think the changes were made to better accommodate current apps and devices, and future apps and devices.
