C1 Stored for 40 Years to Debut at National Corvette Homecoming

This 1953 Corvette has been in storage for approximately 40 years.

With 71,982 miles on the odometer, ’53 Corvette (Number 265) hasn’t lived a sheltered life, even though it has been sheltered in storage for nearly 40 years. During that time, it has survived a fire and a tornado! Even so, it still looks great for its age and will come out of hiding during the annual National Corvette Homecoming, held in Bowling Green, KY. on July 26th and 27th.
