Got my wheels and I think they are perfect! My ‘69 is a dark royal blue and I think these will look great. I get the Michelin 255/45-18 tires mounted tomorrow.
They are a little darker than the Summit picture, but not as dark as the website picture.
Do you mind sharing the width, BS and offset of your wheels? Any rubbing up front or clearance issues on the rears?
Better photos are coming after the suspension settles, an alignment, and a detail. But I just set my '80 on the ground on its new wheels and tires for the first time last night.
Forgestar F14's in 18x9.5 (-12mm offset/4.75" backspace) bright silver finish with Michelin Pilot Sport 5's in 275/40ZR18 all around. Stock brakes, factory Gymkhana suspension front and rear. Bilstein Sports front and rear. No mods, just new parts.

Did you guys install the wheels as Lug centric, or did you use a hug centric ring to line up the hub?
I'm not loving the gap on these lug centric 2-piece wheels.
That sure looks wrong. You're going to have to measure the eccentricity somehow. Have you tried bolting it in at a different rotation point?
Oh looks like they do not have the lug nuts on it yet.
They are what centers it.
Looks like they need tapered lug nuts.
If you are concerned, mount the wheel, not tire, torque down, then run a pointer (coat hanger?) to the wheel lip or better where the tire bead sits.
Should be 1/16" runout or better. Like 1 mm.

Yeah, I think they will center up when torqued down, I'm just not used to lug centric wheels. Not sure if this bore size is correct, will measure the bore tomorrow.
I'm just fitting them before I mount tires because after that they cannot be returned.
VN327?
Those are on my build list also!
What size did you go with?
And yes the hub centric adapters cure runout issues and make the system stronger.
That's the ones, AR VN327 but with gray centers and forged barrels ( several here went with chrome).
Going into having them built I know I did not want to run spacers, did not want to buy a shorter spring and did not want the tires to stick out past the fender or too tucked in.
Wow, these cars are all over the place on fitment lol. I know personally on my 78 my wheels stick out alot further on the pass side than the driver side (like 1/2") or more. I'm running stock YJ8 rims with new Mastercraft 255/60r15s. It seems like backspacing is 4" front and 4.75-5" back is a good starting point? My car is a bit of a b@stard in that it was in an accident, converted to a 80-82 front clip and 80-82 rear bumper but also had a 80-82 aluminum rear installed and I hear they are a smidge wider than the earlier C3s?
I'm stepping up to 18's and worried about my fitment including the above issue. My thinking is that I can adjust for the body offset with deeper backspacing for the pass side and then use spacers to push the wheel out further on the driver side to make the car look more normal. tires are ordered and about to place order for wheels. I'm looking at some 15mm spacers (.59") and I can run them on the driver side front and back maybe. I'm planning to relocate the parking brake cable bracket anyways. I do have the stock rear sway bar and I would like to keep that.
Front Ridlers 18x8, 0 offset, 4.5" backspace with 245/45/r18 tires
Rear Ridlers 18x9.5, 0 offset 5.25" backspace with 275/40r18 tires
What do you guys think for fitment?

My 78 I run 275 40R 18's all around on wheels that are 18x9.5" with 4.75" back spacing. They fit without any mods to the factory suspension.
