A quart of POR15 covered the entire floor of an 8ft bed of my pick up truck but like I said. That truck rusted away to dust and that stuff stained my skin for weeks.
As you can tell I'm not a fan of POR15 but rustoleum impressed me. I had a Cutlass hood laying in the mud for almost 10 years and it never rusted I was pleasantly surprised!

Did yo do both sides of the pickup bed? you should use rubber gloves when using POR15, yeah it will take some time to wear it off of you skin
hey fc, here's my two cents. I just had my rear bumper repainted, it was a son of a gun to match with the rest of the car. So if your bumpers show any sign of cracking or being brittle (which is a common problem), might want to replace them now.
Now, as far as color, check out House of Kolor's website if you want to do something that is totally unique to your car. What they do is you pick from a selection of basecoats, and then you put a kandy intensifier over that. So depending on the color of basecoat you can have a different affect on the overall color. Mine has a silver basecoat, with a "brandywine" kolor coat. Its pretty bada$$ stuff, one down side, your painter might not want to work with it. I was told that once you start the project, you can't walk away from it, everything needs to be timed perfectly and there are a lot of steps.

So for those wondering about scraping, 10 man hours into it we have pass door, t-tops and lower pass front fender as well as a couple small problem areas left to scrape. Prob 3 hours left. Here are a couple of pix from tonight, we are getting close and will use 180 grit sanding to scuff and get ready for primer. I decided to not go all the way to the glass due to the drivers side repair that was done well and I don't want to open that can of worms.
The guy in the picture is my painter helping me out

You bet buddy! After you get the hang of how to hold the blade it gets easier until u hit previous body work and then it becomes very difficult. Paint really sticks to Bondo good! Ha!
