Hi Tim....did you use resistors with all your bulbs. In some pics it looked as it had no resistors for some (unless I missed it). Also, would the 5mm pre-wired bulbs work instead of the neo?
Nevermind the dumb question on the pre-wire....resistors won't fit thru the hole, duh.
One other question....when I pulled my radio out, I noticed 3 loose wires taped together. Red, Green, Black. Have any idea what these are and what they are for?
Thanks,
Gregg

I don't use the bulb holders at all, I solder directly unto the pads on the PCB boards so I can vary the depth and angle for the best effect.
No idea on the loose wires behind the Radio, sounds like an aftermarket mod to me...
Are the wires coming out of the radio or the wire harness pluged into the radio?
Gary
If I remember correctly, they're coming out of the harness from the radio. Although everything on the car works perfectly as it has for 10 years. It has the 12 disc in the trunk which works great, all speakers work, all controls on radio work. Only thing not working are the radio lights. The panel for the time & features works & lights fine. That's the reason I took the radio out to maybe mod the stock lights to LEDs. Other than the radio lights, everything inside and outside of the car work perfectly, that's why I couldn't understand why they were there & not hooked up.
Thought maybe tim or someone would know with all the modding going on.
Any help would be great.

Those three wire sound like something aftermarket was installed at one time. The only group of wires that I know that are taped up like that is in the passenger foot well next to the fuse block. These are Orange, Black and Yellow if I remember correctly.
Thanks for the info, Gary. Haven't checked the footwell. Will later today. If I find out what they were for, will let you know. In the meantime, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".....unless you're a modder!!!

Ok, few more questions while I wait for my stuff to come in.
I noticed I ordered 470k resistors. Is there any difference between 470 and 470k? I noticed there were two listings on the site. Both 1/4 watt.
I also forgot to order the resistors for the red LED's. I don't feel like ordering and waiting for those to come in but I can't find any where local that carries the 560 1/4 watt resistors. I can only find 1/2 watt ones at Radio Shack. Can those be used or is that a no no?

You can use the 1/2 watt resistors in place of 1/4 watt. However, some locations do not have enough room for the larger 1/2 watt resistors.
