Well, found thread through a search, as I noticed my 2011 GS 4LT developed a bubble today.
Just bought car, 3000 mile dealer demo with 3/36, thank god.
Seems like we have maybe found a common problem.
Now issue is: does dealership actually have skills to replace this correctly, with proper fit and finish, and no rattles or electrical problems down the road? Fingers crossed.

The problem appears to go back to manufacturer of the dash. Since GM will not take care of mine due to my warranty timing out, you may need to continue to purchase extended warranties to perpetually replace the dash....... unsat.
Still living with mine, have 2yrs 10 months and 34k miles left on warranty. I think that this is more common that we think, but when it first starts it is hard to notice unless you are looking for it. Seat angle, etc.
Mine is close to HUD and pulling out of HUD area, also.

You've had your car for two months? So, it arrived at the dealership that way?
WOW! I can't believe that on an expensive option as the 4LT dash, that GM wouldn't do something for the owners, regardless if the waranty has expired or not.
HEY!!!!!!! Where is the GM Service Rep that trolls this forum, and always ask if owners with issues has taken it to the dealer.
This time that rep should step up to the plate and do something constructive and make it right...
From everything I have seen this seems to be a very common problem with the 4LTs out there. It is enough to keep me from ever thinking about getting one. Especially if GM is not willing to take care of this. The 4LT is a nice package but not enough to worry about the dash all the time.
I hope all of you with this problem are able to get it corrected by GM.
Yeah, if it's past warranty & I couldn't get it fixed by GM under some type of "Goodwill Policy," after going up the ladder...a DS Vette dash is the route I'd try to go!...Also might not be a bad idea, for a Forum Poll be taken under certain situations like this...then passed on to a GM Rep, like Louis that's on it already here...there's power in numbers sometimes!

If for any reason it can't be glued back or there's damage I would go with a DSV custom dash hands down over the OEM for $1800 that's BS.

Took car to Dimmit Chevrolet in Clearwater yesterday. Got passed to three different service writers, but the gal who ended up helping me verified my warranty, and ordered the dash. Will be two day install. They have a Corvette Specialist there, they stated... He was out, but I plan on meeting him. A five minute conversation should tell the tale.
I will recommend he get involved with this forum. Warranty work and upgrades are decent money for a dealer, and if the dealers see the common issues, might benefit all Vette owners.
Would have loved to taken car back to Stingray Chevrolet, where I purchased it, but it would be a 100 mile round trip to drop it off.
Also asked about drivers seat bottom ( leeather is already badly wrinkled and hard) and about all door window weatherstip (has started to break down, spotty looking).
They were a little wierd about my 2011 with inservice date of Feb13! Again, thanks to Stingray for their hidden gem demos!
