Whatever you think is fine with me. I've only had the car for a little less than two months now. The mods and dyno sheets were all from the previous owner. I have no idea why there is no torque number on one of em.
more and more non SAE numbers....shops putting them at different settings to make customers feel better about the money they just spent
Thats our own shop, we do it to make ourselves feel better. I can post SAE numbers if that makes a difference but on both cars I can dig up graphs with the same numbers in SAE.
it wasnt just 1 graph with non sae numbers....you take the time to select hp tq scaling afr rpm why not one more click for sae so everyone can have the same...it should be only 1-2% or so....and then theres other shops fussing with their weather station to get larger than normal correction factors to produce higher corrected numbers....
I agree with what your saying, but in reality does it really make a difference in the real world? My dyno numbers are 605/589,now if they were 545/529 or 645/629 based on some dyno manipulations would that really affect my performance at the track...we all know that the answer is no. So in my opinion dyno numbers are just that "numbers" and if the track performance is lacking (trap MPH) then you know that the dyno numbers are inflated or if the performance is far better (trap speed) than the numbers posted then just the opposite is true. Some guys believe or want to believe some of the ridicules dyno numbers they post (not pertaining to this tread). I guess those numbers are good for their ego, so be it. However,it doesn't make their car any faster!
someone give me some info on this SAE? what does it mean what does it understand for? cause evertime i see a post this kurt guy has to say somethin about it
Dave how about we do this then...along with peoples overinflated dyno numbers they post trap speeds as well
127.4 for me
did some playin with winpep...same run SAE vs STD 10 hp diff ...correction SAE was 1.02 and 1.04 STD
riddle me that

well why have a dyno thread if you the OP dont understand the dyno game?
I posted my examples of how just the correction methods mess with numbers...so if everyone else is posting these...I guess I'll go with my highest dyno i had...the 483 rwhp 430rwtq...please update mine so i can feel good about myself
