Sometimes I wait for a wave, but mostly I wave first. I would say 90% of the time I get a return wave around here. Last weekend I snuck up beside a C6 on the freeway and waited til he looked over and then I waved, in return got a huge smile and a wave. Double good!!

I have yet to get a wave back from a C6 owner... I just don't know if they don't know about the wave yet, as they just have purchased their new C6... or if they are just snooty... I would hope its the first! But I have waved at all new ones... Not one wave back yet...
When I see a blonde middle aged woman in ANY Corvette.. I don't even bother waving... Sorry Blonde Middle aged women on CF Forum out there.. but the track record for your kind is **** POOR!!! Lots of ladies out there giving you guys bad names in the waving world!

I drove 35 miles to work today, as I do everyday. Waved and got waved back by one c3, two c4's, three c5's, although one of them looked at me as if he should know me. Pulled into the gas station and had a chat with a nice gal in her red/black c5. It was a vette day here in Oregon, now that the snow has melted. I always wave if I see them.

Keep waving! I get snubbed over 50% of the time and the wife always makes fun of me. I remind her that when she use to have her old '70s bug that she gave other fellow 'bug' drivers the "peace" sign. It is no different...except I'd rather be seen in the Vette than her old Bug!!
