I just bought a new 2025 SR from MacMulkin and I noticed yesterday that my drivers side window will not go all the way down into the door. About 1/4" off window glass is exposed. Anyone else had this issue? iI know I have full warranty but I hate to have them take my door apart so early into my ownership. A little worried about post repair rattles.
The OP said the original dealer was McMulkin, which is an outstanding dealer. They'll make it right.
But if he's in a different state and a long way away from MM then it doesn't really matter. The dealer missed an easy PDI fix before delivery or transit.
Yep I am in South Carolina which is 1,000 miles from MacMulkin. I sent a pic to my salesman yesterday and I have not gotten a response. Maybe the 5 star review that they called me to make sure I gave them a top review should be revisited. I will put a picture on here and let yall see my window issue. I do have a good Chevy dealer with a good service department near me that I can take it to but like some of yall said it was missed during the original PDI.
I am having problems with my new fully loaded 2023 vet. When I test drove it I found that the windshield was cracked. The dealership fixed it. I am now having condensations that take too long to unfrost. And I just found dampness behind the driver's side seat. Any suggestions on what would be wrong

Add these since my previous post. I’m just about done with this vehicle. Shoulda kept the Z4 M40.
Squealing brakes in warm to hot weather.
Radio fails to turn off when door opened. This started recently.
In stop and go traffic at crawling speed, vehicle jerks to stop without braking.
Passenger window drops 1 to 1 1/2 inch in warm to hot weather. I’ve re-indexed numerous times.
Passenger side interior rattles over anything less than smooth surface.
Intermittent rattle near passenger rear only audible from outside while parked with engines running.
Exhaust squeak during startup. Exhaust squeak on startup.
I thought of that and checked for pending update. None queued.
Took vehicle to dealer and have another recall pending besides the serial module: BCM DTC U1962 May not properly clear. Oh, that’s probably the update. Or is it?

I bet it is. I had a similar situation literally days ago where my radio all of sudden would not turn off when I would exit the car and then I got a message that I had a software update. I did the upgrade and today I plan on testing whether the radio condition returned to normal.
Well, I took the car to the dealer. Pretty much nothing was fixed. Understandably, some of the issues wouldn’t replicate. Regarding the updates/recalls; we were told they had been completed. After arriving home and parking the car, guess what pops up on the screen? Install update! Three failed attempts later resulting in a new message to take car to dealer! At least the radio shuts off when door is opened now.
Did you get the radio problem sorted? My 2024 just started with this problem in the last week or so. I checked for updates as well. I get a notice that I am unable to check for updates at this time. The car is in the garage and connected to my wifi. It is very annoying.
Like I mentioned, the radio shuts off like it should now after failed update. So not really fixed until another visit to a dealer. Funny thing is, I don’t remember the radio remaining on prior to previous updates.
Car starts but dies after like 3–4 seconds. At first I thought it might be the fuel pump, but I noticed the side fans kick on super loud even though the car’s only been running for a few seconds. Anyone ever run into this? For what it's worth, I had an oil change about a week after getting a new transmission. Planning to take it to the dealer eventually, but I’m swamped right now so it’ll have to wait.
Also, quick GM roadside question... do they let you pick which dealer they tow it to, or is it just the closest one? The nearest one sucks, so I’d rather pay extra if I can choose.
Onstar diagnostic came with error codes U060F and U1346
