I think the response briefs by the Plaintiffs look pretty good, but will not be surprised if the 30 day extension/delay tactic is granted.

still don't have my FOID card they cashed the check march 1st . I called today they said they just did the backround check should have it by the end of the month ! so you think you will get a CCW

AG Madigan's request for stay has been granted pushing the deadline to July 9th.
It may be time to just walk away from this state. Quit my job, sell my house, liquidate as much as can and just get out.

I did a little research about how a bill becomes law in IL, and the end of this explains what are options are now if Quinn refuses to sign the bill, or attempts any type of veto.
