...After opening the hatch to get to the charge port I put it on the CTEK all night.
This morning after 24 hours on the charger, still completely dead. I spoke to the selling dealer this morning to see if they could pick it up today. I'm waiting for a callback.
A float charger will not be able to restore a fully dead battery for many days if at all. It will only be able to provide 2 amps or so of power. A larger amp.(10-20) capacity charger could do that job however. I hope your dealer gets your car squared away.
C7 Z51 VIN #1134 @ 1400 miles encountered a rattle under the car. After dealer evaluation and call to GM Tech Service, GM sends an entire new torque tube/driveshaft assembly and indicating that there had been other reports of this issue. Car is still at dealer in the process of being reassembled. Is this issue prevalent amongst other C7s?

Reason: Correction on VIN number
Having noticed that the air pressure in the RF tire was high, I removed the cap to let some air out, and when I did, the air was coming out on its own.
Off course, the first thing I thought about is the worker that filled the tire and why he wouldn't have heard the air escaping?
I'll get it checked in the morning.
Keep an eye on this. One of my tires went down to 26 PSI while all of the others were fine. I was not alerted since it didn't go low enough, but I put it back up over 30 and now it's holding steady.
Not sure if this was captured yet...
My infotainment screen has been acting "funky."
Today it kept flickering and when I restarted the car, it was fine. Next time I had to lower my screen and when I put it back up it was fine.
Called my dealer. He said they were just issued a note stating GM is aware of the issue and will be replacing all infotainment systems with new ones when they are ready (around February). If it needs replaced now, it will more than likely need replaced again in 2014 when the new ones are ready.

Birth date 9/23 and VIN 1631.
Vin 774
I had the same problem. Screen was replaced about 3 weeks ago. Only one issue since then. I am hoping that it is fixed.
VIN 1474-I have the same problem with my C7 of the car pulling to the right. I took the car to the dealer and the service department checked the alignment and said the alignment was within GM specifications and made no change in the alignment. They said the test drive after the alignment check indicated "road crown pull only" and was felt going both ways. I have since driven my car on various road surfaces and the car still pulls to the right at all speeds. I have contacted the owner of VIN 1719 who has the same problem and he said they realigned his car and changed the right tire and it did not solve the problem. He said a GM engineer is going to research the problem and get back to him in a week or week and half. I had hoped he would come up with a solution. I wonder if it may be a steering problem. I plan to take my car back again to the dealer to get a solution .
Vin 774 I have the same problem on my car. Drove it on a 2000 mile trip and noticed it over the entire trip.

Spoke to the dealer. Said it took a couple of hours for them to recharge the battery and that they couldn't find anything else wrong. I've never been a believer in "no trouble found". I'll get it back tomorrow and we'll see.
By the way, Happy Veterans Day and thank you to all those who served or are serving our country.
On my new Z-51, when I turn into a parking space, the rear wheels jump or hop to the side as if the differential is locked up. Dealer says this is normal but I have never experienced it with any other car, nor have I ever heard of it from anyone else.
Do others have similar experiences?
Car is 3 weeks old and I am concerned about damaging it.
It was that simple but, I still question how the worker filling the tire didn't detect the leak then
Thanks for your input
When I did the Buyer's Tour for my 2011 Grand Sport,
Firestone had the contract to mount the tires to the wheels and balance them at an offsite location.
Then the mounted tires are trucked to the factory and then to the production line. So the BG workers would have no knowledge of the issue.
hey customer care how bout helping me with my cars issues?
I have to tell you Customer Service that what is happening to the guys on this forum and I'm sure people with Vettes across the country not on the forum is deplorable.
GM should be dispatching expert engineers and techs to fix these problems. If you ever want to seriously threaten and take sales away from Porsche this is not the way to do it. Yes it's a wonderfully engineered car from the standpoint of performance. It needs world class service.
I am watching this with great interest to see if it's worth buying your new 'Standard of the World'.
My infotainment screen started flickering and bouncing up and down on the way to work today. At first, XM radio went out, then screen started bouncing up and down. Did the same thing in reverse with the camera and on all screens.
Shut it off and on several times during the day and still the same
Dealer said to bring it and it was still doing so when I got and they documented with a video.
They gave me a nice Impala to drive with 2800 miles on it with full leather and XM radio.
They also said they had a bulletin on it saying it would be fixed in Feb.
VIN 1238 with 1700 miles and no other problems.
I told them I didn't want to see it in the shop for ten days while they waited for parts.
They seem like they understood. We will see in the next couple of days. Sure don't want to wait to Feb to get it fixed.
Has anyone had issues adjusting the left & right mirrors? Every time I try to adjust them they go haywire and move all the mirror all the way out and up. I have to manually push them around so I can see out of them. Took it to the dealer and they're looking into the problem, just thought I'd check here to see if anyone else had the issue.
Vin #069 same problem with mirrors and all memory settings. I program the car and it does what ever including mirrors stay down after reverse and seat and steering wheel stay in the exit position etc...
Infotainment screen flickered once, and not again. I think it was when I turned the AC on. VIN 1979. Thank you for the "known issue" & replacement info, KNDVETT.

Thank you! but, how about all those paint issues they let leave

If mine does it again, I will be getting this one replaced and then waiting until February for the proper fix.
Dealer couldn't have been any nicer about it.
He just said let me know when to order the part. Last 24 hours it was OK.

Similar issue here!
Mirrors worked OK until I programed "on" the reverse mirror down function.
Now after I go in reverse, the mirrors go back to a neutral position - I then have to press the memory button again to move them into the position I have programed for driving.
Not a big issue, most likely a software fix?
VIN 1342
Dealer called saying I'm in the VIN range where they need to check fluid in electronic limited slip differential. Not experiencing any noise, but better safe than sorry. Going in Thursday.
